Before and After Development: Photos of the Spanish Train in Action

The Ministry of Transport is carrying out a project to renovate and develop Spanish trains. The project involves changing and renewing all the interior components of the vehicle, including seats, floors, windows, curtains, and air conditioning, as well as painting the exterior in a distinctive manner at the railway workshops in Kom Abu Rady in Beni Suef. The ministry has published pictures of the train carriages before and following the development, which show a significant difference following the comprehensive development of all train elements. 10 Spanish trains are being developed, rehabilitated, and modernized, with each train containing a buffet wagon, 4 first-class wagons, and 6 second-class wagons. The first fully renovated Spanish train will be restarted before Eid Al-Fitr, with the rest of the Spanish trains to be rehabilitated in accordance with the operating plan, as confirmed by the Minister of Transport, Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir. The Ministry of Transport’s rehabilitation and development project for Spanish trains is a great step towards improving the quality of transportation in Egypt. The before and following pictures showcased by the Ministry of Transport demonstrate the significant difference that the project has made.
