As part of the preparations for the electoral campaign, the candidates of the INSAF party from the department of M’Bagne met, on Saturday, April 8, at the GALAXY room, the nationals of this Moughataa living in Nouakchott. Amadou Moctar Niang, reappointed deputy, Kébé Ibrahima, known as Baboye and El Bowbah Brahim, candidate for mayor of Hijaj were initially delighted with the choice made on their person. “We were chosen, not because we are the best, but simply because the choice had to be someone, and it was regarding our humble people, we must now turn to the preparations for the campaign and for that, we must close ranks and work in unity and mutual trust,” said MP Niang. His running mate Baboye said: “the party certainly chose us, but we cannot win without your support and that of all the inhabitants of the department; to this end, we will not stand in front, but behind, to lead all our lists to victory”.
Abundant in the same direction, the candidate mayor of Hijaj called on the militants and sympathizers of the INSAF party to carry out an honest, offensive and aggressive campaign because there are many competitors on the ground.
Their successor, other speakers, following noting certain shortcomings during the nomination of the candidates, all showed their commitment to supporting the candidates of the department and to working for their victory.
