The former Marseille player reveals that he refused an offer from OL , higher than that of the Gunners. And explains why he declined the proposal of President Aulas.
Samir Nasri has been loyal and indebted to OM. Guest of the show Zack freewheeling on Twitch this Monday, the former player returned to his departure from the Marseille club in the summer of 2008. At the time, the former attacking midfielder had an offer from Arsenal, where he ended up signing, but also from Olympique Lyonnais.
OL had already been interested in Franck Ribéry in 2007, who then left OM for Bayern Munich. “They do that with Franck. “It’s my city, my club, I was trained there, I mightn’t go for zero like that and say ‘ciao, I used you’. It’s impossible, I had to to extend and earn compensation for my club, slipped Nasri. But I shouldn’t feel aggrieved either.”
