Sunday night, France 2 dominates audiences with the cult comedy “La folie des grandeurs”, directed by Gérard Oury and released in cinemas in 1971. The performance of Louis de Funes face to Yves Montand amused 3.68 million French people, on average in audiences before according to Médiamétrie. The feature garners a 20.5% audience share from all audiences aged four and over, and a 14.1% market share from women responsible for purchases under 50.
In April 2020, in full confinement, “The madness of grandeur” had federated 5.30 million moviegoersor 19.1% of the public and 16.8% of the FRDA-50.
TF1 proposed the American comedy “Jumanji: welcome to the jungle”, directed by Jade Kasdan. “Forbidden zone” under 2 million
France 3 follows with the unpublished British series “Annika”, with Nicola Walker and Silvie Furneaux.
