- The applicant has documents that are sufficient to prove that the lease cannot be signed on time due to departure or hospitalization.If the applicant can provide sufficient reasons to reject the proposal and the Housing Authority accepts it, the Housing Authority will make additional housing arrangements according to its special needs
If the applicant has special allocation requirements (such as wanting to live in a designated area or a certain type of public housing units in the area he chooses), he must have family and/or health reasons following examination and approval from relevant government departments or institutions (such as social housing units). Welfare Department or the Hospital Authority) in response to such requests, the HA will, taking into account individual circumstances and resources permitting, allocate the recommended area or public housing unit to the applicant as far as possible.
