Panorama of rescuing a 10-year-old boy stuck on the 20th floor

The Fire and Rescue Police, Hai Ba Trung District Police and Pho Hue Ward Police, Hanoi successfully rescued a 10-year-old boy on the 20th floor. Apartment N03 – Nguyen Cong Tru.

Before that, around 6:20 pm on April 6, the Hai Ba Trung District Police, Hanoi received information from the Hanoi Police Information Center, that someone was in danger on a high floor, so they quickly dispatched the Vehicles and officials of the Fire and Rescue Police Team coordinated with the Police of Pho Hue ward to locate the victim and organize the rescue.

The functional force identified the victim as a 10-year-old student who was in danger on the 20th floor of the N03 building – Nguyen Cong Tru. When approaching, realizing the abnormality from the victim, the working group used many psychological measures to calm the child and stabilize his spirit so that he might be safe.

Along with that, the rescue forces approached and deployed a safety system to prevent incidents. When the rescue staff felt it was safe, they approached the trapped child’s position and released the lifeline while holding the victim. The functional forces both rescued and talked and encouraged, and coordinated the forces above the crater to quickly bring the victim to a safe place.

Immediately following that, the rescue force handed over the baby to the police of Pho Hue ward, so that medical staff and relatives of the victim might take care of and stabilize the baby’s health and spirit.
