Why GSMA, the global telecom lobby, is investing in African tech – Jeune Afrique

Connection for all, adoption of global standards, support for governments. For nearly thirty years, the Global Association System for Mobile Communication (GSMA), with its 750 member operators from 220 countries, advocates the cause of telecoms worldwide.
