Ukraine-News: Moscow is apparently preparing for financial aid from allies

According to British intelligence Russia preparing to receive financial aid from allied countries. The Russian leadership probably sees the issue of government bonds in foreign currencies as a measure to Plug holes in your own household, according to the briefing report of the British Ministry of Defence. With this interpretation, the British refer to an announcement by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, who had spoken regarding plans to issue bonds in yuan, among other things.
