On a siding at Wydad Casablanca, the Cameroonian winger will be back in Belgium next week, if we are to believe his words in a recent interview.
It seems that we are not yet done hearing regarding Didier Lamkel Zé. The tumultuous Cameroonian winger, renowned for his undeniable qualities but also for his legendary escapades, joined Wydad Casablanca in January, in the form of a loan, from Kortrijk.
The former Antwerp was therefore due to return to Belgium on June 30, but it seems that events are rushing. Since his arrival, Lamkel Zé is on a siding and has played just 60 minutes in 9 league games, 188 minutes in 16 games in all competitions. “I’m going to Belgium next week, I don’t want to stay at Wydad because I don’t play” confided Lamkel Zé in an interview reserved for SNRT News.
In the same interview, the 26-year-old confirmed to only wait for the official termination. “I have already informed my coach and my teammates of my departure. I am only waiting for the formalization of the club” concluded a Didier Lamkel Zé who will be back around Bernd Storck sooner than expected.
