Following Gwyneth Paltrow’s not-at-fault verdict in an accident that left her with “traumatic and significant brain injuries”, Terry Sanderson now says he regrets suing the actress.

Asked by reporters as he left court whether the lawsuit was worth it, the retired optometrist replied “absolutely not,” reports Global News.

Mr Sanderson also claimed he would be “on the internet forever” following the trial which was broadcast live and followed closely by thousands of internet users.
The 76-year-old initially claimed $3 million from the American actress for a series of injuries sustained in a skiing accident involving Gwyneth Paltrow.

When the trial concluded, Terry Sanderson revealed that the actress whispered in his ear that she “wishes him good luck”, to which he replied “thank you”.
