CIt’s D-Day for hospitals with the entry into force of the Rist law which caps the price of temporary doctors. This reform is carried by the Minister of Health François Braun, who wants to impose an “ethics” on the hospital, avoiding too large differences in remuneration between these temporary workers and the incumbent doctors. The reality is that of a great mess, with many malfunctions and closures of services from this Monday, April 3.
