Önder Konuloğlu passed away

Our country is sad to lose another important value.
Önder Konuloğlu, an experienced trade unionist, ex-athlete and Doğan Türk Union executive, who served as TÜRK-SEN Chairman for many years, passed away.

Konuloğlu had been the General President of Türk-Sen for 15 years. Konuloğlu, originally from Limassol, was born in 1942.

Önder Konuloğlu, one of the important names of union life and one of the leading football players of a period, passed away today.

Konuloğlu, who is also the son of Arap Ali, who is the subject of the Arabian Ali Epic, was born in Limassol in 1942.

He was the chairman of the Cyprus Turkish Trade Unions Federation (Türk-Sen) between 1988-2003. Konuloğlu also took part in the management of Doğan Türk Union.

The body of Konuloğlu, who has been treated for a while, will be buried in Karaoğlanoğlu Cemetery on Wednesday.
