This year, the transalpine maestro Gianluca Fusto has imagined an Easter egg flavored with rosemary and Sicilian orange for the entire hotel collection. Behind this craftsmanship made from exceptional products, we find a skilful blend of dark chocolate with a 66% cocoa content and milk chocolate, both from the centuries-old Millot plantation in Madagascar. The marbled shell is also embellished with Val di Noto almonds with a unique taste and crunchy texture. The festivities rise crescendo in this culinary waltz in three stages which transports us mainly to Italy.
