Putin and Russia’s New Foreign Policy Strategy. What does it consist of?

Russia on Friday adopted a new foreign policy strategy naming the United States and the West as the source of “existential threats” to Moscow. What are the main points of this strategy?

Earlier this morning, Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a meeting of the National Security Council, claimed that “upheavals on the international scene” force Russia to “to adapt its strategic planning documents, in particular (the one on) the conception of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation”.
