Vienna – A legal dispute surrounding the Viennese company Lead Horizon, which was and continues to be commercially successful with PCR self-tests for the corona virus and the “Alles Gurgelt” test program, is entering the next round. On Thursday it became known that the German Covimedical GmbH had filed a lawsuit against Lead Horizon for the rescission of a purchase contract (amount in dispute: 3.3 million euros). On Friday, the Viennese company countered with a “counterattack” and demanded 1.42 million euros from Covimedical.
