Our 18 graduates (10 from Internal Medicine and 8 from Comprehensive Family Medicine) were accompanied by their parents and other loved ones in this emotional meeting that marked the end of this stage in their professional humanistic training processes.
This graduation ceremony was attended by our Rector, Dr. Ana María Piñeros Ricardo, Dr. Otto Hamann Echeverri, Dean of the School of Medicine, Dr. Claudia Delgado Delgadillo, Director of the Department of Medical-Surgical Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Francisco Javier Hernández Bustos, Academic Coordinator of the Comprehensive Family Medicine Specialization, Dr. Edgar Sarmiento Reyes, Head of the Internal Medicine Specialization and Dr. Javier Ardila Montealegre, Scientific Director of the San Rafae Clinic University Hospitall.
On the other hand, during the event the attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the musical presentation of Matthew Garvin Díaz, who at 15 years of age, has established himself as one of the most important future promises of classical music in Colombia.
For the Juan N. Corpas University Foundation, within the framework of the celebration of its first 50 years of history and the obtaining of the Institutional Accreditation in High Quality, it is a source of great pride to present a new generation of graduates of specializations in Comprehensive Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
