More than 250 athletes under 18 years of age will take part in large-scale competitions.
More than 250 athletes under 18 from 19 municipalities of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as teams from Mariupol, Donetsk, Luhansk and Krasnodon will take part in the competition.
– The Krasnodar Territory is one of the leaders in the development of the sports industry in the country. Such mass competitions are regularly held in the municipalities of the Kuban in all sports, but we pay special attention to martial arts and martial arts, which also include wrestling. In the Krasnodar Territory, almost 21 thousand people are engaged in it, including over 13 thousand on the basis of sports schools, – said the Deputy Governor Alexander Vlasov.
Among the guests of honor of the competition is the first Olympic champion in trampolining Alexander MoskalenkoPresident of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation of the DPR, Honored Master of Sports Ruslan Khakimovparticipants of the special operation.
– This year marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Krasnodar from the Nazi invaders, and we dedicated this tournament to an important date for all of us. Our sports future is made up of such competitions, where the strongest wins in a fair fight, – said the President of the Freestyle Wrestling Federation of the city of Krasnodar Alexander Popov.
The grand opening of the competition will take place on April 2 at 10.00 on the territory of the Olimp Sports Palace, the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory reported.
