On Wednesday March 29, 2023, the Burkinabè army chased several terrorists on motorcycles in the areas of Falangountou and Seguenega, before neutralizing them.
The Combatant Forces continue their work of reconquest and stabilization of the national territory. This Wednesday, early in the morning, they spotted a terrorist group on a dozen motorcycles, around Falangountou (Seno, Sahel). The aerial vectors then struck and neutralized these assailants. On Wednesday evening, the air force pursued terrorists on regarding thirty motorcycles who had just attacked two villages in the Seguenega area (Yatenga, North). According to security sources, they were caught in their flight and neutralized. Sweeps are still taking place in this area to track down survivors. Operations are continuing in several localities in Burkina to neutralize terrorists who refuse to lay down their arms, say our sources.
