Measure applies to Galaxy S22 5G smartphones manufactured in Brazil from March 29, 2023. For the S21 FE 5G model, production begins in April
As of this Wednesday (29), the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G smartphones that previously had versions without the plug charger in the box, will once more have the accessory. The measure is part of Samsung’s commitment to listen to its consumers and serve them more conveniently.
The adapter will be shipped in the Galaxy S22 5G box manufactured from March 29, 2023. The packaging of the Galaxy S21 FE 5G line models will be updated with the charger from April.
For those who purchase devices manufactured with the above packaging or other devices1 that do not have the charger in the box, and which are still available at retail, Samsung will continue offering the possibility of redeeming the charger through the Samsung For You website, at no additional cost, within 30 days following the Invoice is issued, with all the convenience that this option offers to the consumer.
Since the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold4 5G and Galaxy Z Flip4 5G, in August 2022, all smartphones launched by Samsung in Brazil have plug chargers inside the box, including models from the Galaxy S23 5G line, as well as the newly -Launched Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G.
