Mohammed bin Zayed issues a decision appointing Mansour bin Zayed as deputy.. and Hazza bin Zayed and Tahnoun bin Zayed as deputy rulers of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The President of the Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, on Wednesday, with the approval of the Federal Supreme Council, issued a decision appointing Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, as Vice President of the State, alongside Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

The agency added that Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, in his capacity as ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, issued an Emiri decree appointing Sheikh Hazaa bin Zayed as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed issued an Emiri Decree appointing Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed as Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

Likewise, the President of the Emirates, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, issued an Emiri Decree appointing Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Council of the Federation in the Emirates elected Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, on May 14, 2022, as head of state, to succeed his brother, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed.
