The photos and videos that reached this newspaper show a new controversy that began in Medicine: the overpopulation of students. In the images you can see several students sitting on the floor of a classroom, during a class on Anatomy C.
According to what students from said house of higher studies belonging to the UNLP told this newspaper, there was a meeting with the head of the chair “who expressed that he would be willing, if the authorities of the faculty accept, to use the Aula Magna so that our courses be of quality”.
Also on social networks, from a student group they expressed that “students need more space to be able to study anatomy theorists in conditions, since the classrooms where it is currently taught do not have the capacity to accommodate more than 250 people”. Then they added: “Our colleagues tell us that each Theoretical fills up even more and they can’t understand the topic or even ask questions.”
It was for this reason that they put together a petition for the students to sign, and so it is elevated to the authorities of the faculty.
