Club Brugge are still looking for a new coach for next summer. Dino Toppmöller would be an ideal candidate. Toppmöller was recently fired from his assistant job at Bayern.
Bayern recently made a drastic move by sacking coach Julian Nagelsmann. He was replaced by Thomas Tüchel. Nagelsmann’s staff, of which Toppmöller was a part, also had to give way.
Toppmöller is no stranger to Belgian football, having been T1 at Excelsior Virton. He was also the head coach of two Luxembourg clubs, where he was national champion three times.
It was in 2020 that his collaboration with Nagelsmann began, then at RB Leipzig. Nagelsmann took him to Bayern, but Toppmöller can now go his own way. This might lead him to Club Brugge.
