Onad Reveals Reasons for Catholic Faith, Called Habib Jafar Has Lived an Islamic Commitment / Photo: Instagram

Onadio Leonardo and Habib Jafar are two figures that are currently attracting public attention.
Onad and Habib Jafar were able to present intelligent but light and not rigid conversations related to religion.
Not only that, the two public figures of different religions were able to show how beautiful tolerance in diversity is.
However, Onad and Habib Jafar also continued to tease each other in the context of joking regarding the invitation to change religions.
In a conversation, Habib Jafar was curious regarding Onad’s reasons for embracing Catholicism.
Onad then admitted that he embraced the Catholic religion because he had believed in this belief for a long time.
Even so, Onad chose not to close himself to a truth from the teachings of other religions.
“Because of the faith that I still believe in (the reason for choosing Catholicism). It doesn’t cover (the truth of other religious teachings),” Onad said in a YouTube broadcast quoted on Monday (27/3).
Habib Jafar turned out to be amazed by Onad’s attitude, which chose not to close himself to truth, even though it was taught by other religions.
Habib Jafar admitted that he also chose to act the same way as Onad.
“So that doesn’t close the heart and the truth in front of it is good. I also do that. Because it’s like that in Internal Islam too. And I never close myself from the truth from anywhere, even from non-Muslims,” said Habib Jafar.
Apart from that, Onad had said that he also chose to be a Catholic because of his father’s message.
Habib Jafar then admitted that he liked Onad’s father’s message regarding asking people who knew when something was unknown.
Habib Jafar said that Onad’s father’s message was in accordance with Islamic teachings.
This is what makes Habib Jafar judge that Onad’s commitment to religion is already Islamic.
“I like my father’s message, if you don’t know, ask someone else. It’s exactly like the Koran’s message. Ask people who know, if you don’t know,” said Habib Jafar.
“Your commitment is already Islamic, at the Islamic level. Although grade still non-Islamic,” concluded Habib.
