Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited all African leaders to the Russia-Africa Summit which will take place in July 2023 in Saint Petersburg.
“We are preparing very seriously for the second Russia-Africa summit. We will of course be delighted to see the leaders of all African countries and the heads of regional organizations at this forum,” he said in an address to the Russia-Africa parliamentary conference on Monday.
