Ubisoft announced that it will not participate in E3, and will hold its own online conference Ubisoft Forward | 4Gamers

E3 may usher in a big crisis once more. After the three major console companies, as well as software developers such as EA and Bethesda, have confirmed that they will not participate in E3, European game developer Ubisoft also announced today that it will not participate in E3. This is the first time Ubisoft has withdrawn in recent years.

However, Ubisoft chose the same approach as Microsoft, and will hold its own online conference “Ubisoft Forward” during the period near E3. Ubisoft Forward is scheduled for June 12, US time.

E3 2023 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 13-16. Microsoft has already scheduled to hold an online press conference Xbox Games Showcase on June 11, and Ubisoft Forward on June 12. Sony and Nintendo have not yet announced whether there will be a press conference plan.
