Mahomes, 27, appears to have avoided surgery and is well on his way to picking up exactly where he left off last season. Mahomes ended 2022 with 5,250 passing yards and 41 touchdown passes en route to his second regular-season MVP and second Super Bowl MVP.
The Chiefs’ 2023 game schedule has not yet been announced. So it remains to be seen who Mahomes and Co. will play once morest at the start of their title defense.
