An accident involving three Porsches on the A3 near Emmerich, Germany, claimed the lives of four people on Sunday morning. According to police assumptions, the drivers were driving at high speed.
A Porsche with two occupants ran off the road first, likely due to slippery conditions. Two people got out of their vehicle, joined by a third person, who had come to make sure everything was fine for them.
But a third car, another Porsche, hit a safety rail before mowing down the three people who were along the road. The driver of this third car also lost his life, while his passenger was slightly injured.
The victims are all Dutch and are men aged 39, 42 and 56 and a woman aged 37. These people knew each other.
