Here we go?!
- The function is available on WhatsApp from version 23.3.77 onwards. To check the version you are on, open the messenger on your iPhone, tap on the “Settings” tab and go to “Help”. The version number will be displayed at the top. If you’re on an earlier version, make sure the app is up to date on the App Store.
- Always keep iOS updated to the latest available version.
- Make sure the Auto PiP launch feature is turned on. To check this, open Settings, go to General » PIP and enable “Start PiP Automatically”.
- Try restarting the iPhone.
- Uninstall WhatsApp and install it once more. Before that, confirm that you have an activated and up-to-date backup of the messenger. To do this, open WhatsApp, tap the “Settings” tab and go to Chats » Chat backup.
We hope that, following these tips, your problem is resolved and you can enjoy this Meta messenger function more!
