Raoul D’Udekem d’Acoz was born on April 21, 1935 in Uccle and later settled in Hérinnes (Herne), in Flemish Brabant in the 90s. He served as CD&V alderman from 2001-2007, and became an honorary alderman in 2014. In the same year, he drew up the list for the Vlaamse Christen Partij for the regional elections.
