On March 24, 2023, activists from the Democratic Rally of the Cameroonian People (RDPC) celebrated the 38th anniversary of their party across the country.
From Dana to Polgué, via Guéré, activists gathered to honor the history of the CPDM and its contribution to the development of Cameroon.
Popular meetings to unite activists
In each locality visited, popular meetings were organized in order to mobilize activists around the torch and to strengthen their commitment to the party. These gatherings were an opportunity for discussion and sharing, allowing CPDM members to express themselves and make their voices heard.
Solidarity and support for the inhabitants of Polgué
The celebration in the village of Polgué took on a particular dimension, the inhabitants having recently been victims of an attack causing significant material damage. CPDM activists wanted to express their solidarity and support for the local population by relocating the celebration of the 38th anniversary to this village.
The victory in the senatorial elections in the background
The celebrations were also marked by the recent landslide victory of the CPDM in the March 12 senatorial elections. The activists took the opportunity to thank the electors and encourage their comrades to seize the opportunities offered by the President of the Republic, HE Mr. Paul BIYA, to the Cameroonian people.
The 38th anniversary of the CPDM was celebrated with enthusiasm and commitment by activists across Cameroon. These festivities made it possible to strengthen the cohesion of the party and to highlight past successes, while projecting themselves towards a promising future under the direction of their National Champion, HE Paul BIYA.
