Lawyer who became a meme by assuming defense of Bolsonarista is shot in his office. Projectile crossed the upper thorax and exited in the dorsal region

Lawyer Marcos Vinicius Borges was shot in his own office late this Thursday followingnoon (23), in Sinop (MT). The man became known nationally following taking on the defense of Bolsonarist Edgar de Oliveira, who murdered 7 people in the municipality of Mato Grosso because of a pool game.
Marcos Vinicius Borges was shot in the upper chest region and the bullet exited through the dorsal. The Dois Pinheiros Hospital confirmed that the lawyer was admitted to the unit.
The Military Police reported that two people were in the office talking to the lawyer pretending to be clients and, at a certain point, an argument broke out and one of the men shot Marcos Vinicius in the chest.
According to the doctors, the fact that the projectile entered and left Marcos’ body may have helped save his life. The lawyer underwent surgery, but it is not life-threatening.
The attack once morest Marcos is being investigated as attempted murder. Until the publication of this text, those responsible remain at large.
