Falkensteiner continues to invest in Croatia – premium holiday homes in the 5-star resort of Punta Skala
We focused on high-quality materials that emphasize naturalness and reflect Dalmatian architecture. With a gentle color harmony, we have created a refuge that also meets the highest demands. Immersed in the Mediterranean landscape, the villas form an organic structure between indoor and outdoor spaces. As a special highlight, the pergolas not only offer pleasant shade, but also a wonderful view of the sea”

Vienna (OTS) – The latest project by the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) is regarding to open. Already this summer, guests have the opportunity to spend their holidays in one of the five new luxury villas in the Croatian town of Punta Skala. Each of the premium houses extends over an area of 200 square meters with a private Mediterranean garden, a heated swimming pool and a dedicated host who is always available to guests.
Finest materials in Dalmatian flair
The modern design reflects the Mediterranean influences of the area. The villas were planned by Labvert Architecture & Design in Vienna, with Bea Interiors Design responsible for the interiors. “We focused on high-quality materials that emphasize naturalness and reflect Dalmatian architecture. With a gentle color harmony, we have created a refuge that also meets the highest demands. Immersed in the Mediterranean landscape, the villas form an organic structure between indoor and outdoor spaces. As a special highlight, the pergolas not only offer pleasant shade, but also a wonderful view of the sea”
so Stephan Vary von Labvert.
A resort for all needs
The spacious villas with modern living areas are suitable for families as well as for holidays with friends and offer space for up to seven people with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Each villa is designed in a modern contemporary design and has an unobstructed view of the picturesque islands of the Zadar archipelago in the crystal clear sea. The spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the heated 40 square meter pool surrounded by its own garden ensure maximum privacy. Still, guests don’t have to sacrifice hotel amenities and even have a private villa host at their disposal.
Guests can choose from numerous services during their stay: from babysitting and dog sitting to personal training. There is also a rental service for cars or limousines, boats and various sports equipment. The private host also takes care of individual excursions or transfers. As well as a dinner of your choice with your own chef, a floating brunch or spa treatments directly in the villas.
In addition to the private amenities, the villa residents also have the opportunity to use the resort’s offerings. The Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala houses two hotels and various restaurants. In the 5-star Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Iadera, guests can let themselves be pampered in the exclusive 6,000 square meter Acquapura SPA, including a hammam and panorama sauna. The family-focused Acquapura SPA of the 5-star Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora, on the other hand, offers a variety of opportunities for relaxation and to recharge your batteries for the whole family.
The Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora also has a spacious Falky Land including Valo Jump, outdoor climbing wall, cinema, Playmobil area and Science Labs for exciting experiments and offers entertainment for the whole family. Just like the Fortis Club, Croatia’s most modern sports, entertainment and event center, with its own health club including a state-of-the-art fitness area on 800 square meters, a fun & gaming zone with bowling, table football, ice hockey, darts, Playstation 5 and gaming tournaments, as well as the 500 square meter Ventus Hall for various events. Finally, Punta Skala is also a destination for foodies, spoiling with several top restaurants, including the renowned seaside vegan Tian Bistro, run by Michelin-starred chef Paul Ivić.
Since 2021, the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) has been modernizing and expanding the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala on the peninsula of the same name in Zadar, Croatia. After extensive renovation work at the Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora, which reopened last summer as a five-star family hotel, the portfolio will be expanded this summer with five luxury villas.
