City apartments in Salzburg-Lehen: Tenants complain about mold

The city’s old residential complex in Salzburg-Lehen is awaiting renovation. After years of standstill, at least the top floor will be expanded from autumn.

Tenant Brigitte Schaffer is persistent. She has publicly pointed out the condition of the “four-corner” from 1941 in Salzburg-Lehen several times. The listed residential buildings, in which employees of the military district administration lived under the National Socialists, are nestled between Tulpenstrasse, Nelkenstrasse, Rosengasse and Liliengasse. They belong to the city. They are managed by the municipal gswb property management (KgL).
