2 more patients in 24 hours but none for Covid-19 in Allier hospitals – March 23, 2023
As a reminder, Santé Publique France has announced that the Covid figures are not updated during weekends and public holidays.
The health authorities announced this Thursday, March 23 2023, the latest figures on the coronavirus pandemic.
For the Allier department, Public Health France has announced that no patient hospitalized for Covid-19 has died from this virus since Tuesday March 14. Since March 1, 2020, the number of victims of this virus has remained at 940 in Bourbonnais hospitals. At the health level, slight increase in the number of people in hospital because of this virus with 2 more patients between Wednesday and Thursday followingnoon. This Thursday, at the end of the day, there were 36 people hospitalized in the Allier. Of these 36 patients, none was admitted to an intensive care unit, in a condition deemed serious. At the health level, continued decline in the number of people hospitalized because of Covid-19. This Thursday, at the end of the day, 13,025 people were hospitalized for Covid-19 (-393 in 24 hours). The figures concerning nursing homes in Allier and in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region were updated by the regional health agency on Tuesday February 1, 2022.
In Allier, 197 residents of nursing homes died in their establishment.
In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, there are 5,526 deaths (+9 between June 7 and 27, 2021). 4,360 reports were made (25 more reports between June 7 and 27, 2021). 37,988 EHPAD residents tested positive for Covid-19 (+114 between June 7 and June 27, 2021).
