Vadim Skibitsky, Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said that Russia would be able to fight for another 2 years with “current intensity.”
“We also say that they can wage war for another 2023 – 2024 at the most – that’s all. This is if we are talking regarding a conventional war,” he said.
Skibitsky also added that if sanctions are strengthened, this period will be much shorter.
Regarding the Shahids that the Russians have left, the deputy head of intelligence explained that, according to Ukrainian estimates, the Russian Federation still has a stock of those parties that they received at the end of last year and the beginning of this year.
“They probably still have regarding 200 units of Shahids left. But they do not use them as massively as before,” added Vadim Skibitsky.
According to Skibitsky, this confirms that they do not have a large stock, so the Russians are saving.
Recall, earlier it was reported whether the war would end with the spring counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Auslander gave his forecast.
