Only a 15-year-old teenager managed to survive.

Five people, including a teenager and a little girl, committed group suicide in Switzerland due to dissatisfaction with the war in Ukraine.

Writes regarding it “Dailymail”.

The tragedy occurred on March 24, 2022 in Montreux, Switzerland. Nasreen Feraun, 41, her twin sister Narjisse, husband Eric David, 40, and their 8-year-old daughter jumped from a window on the seventh floor of their apartment. Unfortunately, only a 15-year-old boy survived.

The incident was carefully planned, and all family members were waiting for the right moment to commit suicide. According to the investigation, Nasreen believed in conspiracy theories and convinced her husband, twin sister and children that the world was a hostile place. Their collective suicide was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, which convinced the family that life was not worth living.

The police found no signs of a struggle before death, and the autopsy revealed no traces of drugs. The family was isolated and rarely went out, and the mother and her twin sister were suspicious of the government and local authorities. It is known that the family used to live in France and moved to Switzerland two years before the tragedy. The father was a graduate of the Polytechnic School, and the twin sisters studied at an elite lyceum in Paris. Her mother was a dentist and her sister was an ophthalmologist.

After searching the apartment and the family’s electronic devices, the police found that the family had carefully planned their deaths, including rehearsals. After the fall, none of the family members screamed, indicating a collective suicide.
