Luise crime in Germany: the girl killed by her friends recorded a TikTok video before the attack

A TikTok video has surfaced of the 12-year-old German girl who was killed by her friends before the police found her body. (Video: The Sun)

In the last few hours, a video from TikTok from there German babe murdered by her schoolmates which was posted by one of the defendants before her body was found.

The images show the 12-year-old laughing with her two companions, who confessed, last Wednesday, having killed her with 32 stab wounds in a forest in western Germany.

The victim, named Luise, disappeared on Saturday March 11 when she was returning home to the town of Freudenberg, in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia following visiting a friend. His body was discovered Sunday followingnoon in a wooded area..

The autopsy determined that “the girl died as a result of the numerous stab wounds and the consequent great loss of blood”, had indicated the prosecutor Mario Mannweiler.

For his part, the police chief of Koblenz, Florian Locker, had indicated that the two minorsaged 12 and 13, had provided information regarding the case and finally they confessed to the crime.

For these hours, it was known a video from TikTokwhich was published by one of the assassins by Luise before the body was foundwhere she is seen having fun with her.

In the images they can be seen with a chinstrap, so it is assumed that the video was originally filmed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Police were unable to share much information regarding the case given the age of the girls involved. However, it was reported that Luise was being bullied at school and that she and her two companions had fought over a boy.

According to German law, the accused girls will not face a trial since the age of criminal responsibility in the country is from 14 years.

A civil court might decide that the defendants pay an indemnification to Luise’s family if they are found guilty. Girls should start serving the sanction as soon as they start working. These reimbursements might reportedly last up to 30 years and would be taken directly from their wages.

When the news broke that those accused of Luise’s crime will not face a criminal trial, German politicians assured that “the heinous crime will not go unpunished”. Germany’s Justice Minister Marco Buschmann told German media that the suspects should face charges despite their age.

“Children under the age of 14 are not prosecuted. However, our legal system already has the means to react to serious acts of violence by children under the age of 14,” he said.

So far no weapon related to the crime has been found and the victim showed no signs of sexual assault.
