Since the climate crisis is also threatening the health of people in Austria, activists protested in front of the Ministry of Health in Vienna on Wednesday, blocking the Ringstrasse. One does not want to accept that urgently needed measures such as the climate protection law would be further delayed by politicians.
The action was supported and accompanied by doctors who supported the protests. The climate activists once more called for a ban on new oil and gas drilling and lower speed limits on the highway.
