Samsung has just introduced the new mid-range smartphones Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G and may soon announce the entry-level model, the Galaxy A24. All of its technical sheet and some visuals have just been published on the web and here are all the details.
Recently the South Korean brand launched its mid-range Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G smartphones. And these take up the design of more high-end series like the Galaxy S23. They indeed have an extremely sleek back with photo sensors that seem to be just placed on the back cover. They might be quickly joined by a rather entry-level newcomer le Galaxy A24. If we are to believe the visuals published by a Turkish website, this one might also have an extremely clean design with blocks of photos in their simplest device in the top left corner. On the front, it would have a teardrop-shaped notch to house the selfie sensor and the edges of its screen seem quite thick, especially the one at the bottom. The smartphone is expected to be available in color silver, black, burgundy or lime.
What technical characteristics should we expect?
According to the latest rumors, the Samsung Galaxy A24 would be equipped with a 6.5 inch screen with Super AMOLED panel and an 90Hz refresh rate. Its maximum brightness would be 1000 cd/m². The mobile might be powered by a chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 paired with 4GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space expandable via a micro SD card. The smartphone would have a 50 megapixel optically stabilized main photo sensor to limit camera shake when shooting. This would be one of the main advantages of this device. There would also be a 5 megapixel sensor for photos in ultra wide-angle mode et a third sensor, 2 megapixels, this one for macro shots. To take a selfie, the mobile would offer a 13 megapixel sensor also used for video calls. There would be a fingerprint reader installed on the side, at the level of the sleep button. The device would weigh 195 grams on the scale for dimensions of 162.1×77.6 mm and a 8.3mm thickness. It remains to wait a little to have confirmation or not of the next availability of a new model and at what price it will be offered.
