The former German Federal President and his wife have already married several times and separated once more.
Former German President Christian Wulff and his longtime partner Bettina have said yes once more following a temporary separation. The couple got married on Saturday “among family and friends”, Wulff’s office confirmed on Tuesday in Berlin. “It was a very nice celebration,” it said. Christian and Bettina Wulff got married for the first time in 2008, for Wulff it was the second marriage at the time.
Wulff was Federal President from 2010 to 2012, following his resignation the couple separated in 2013. In 2015 they met once more and were then married in a church. In 2018 there was another separation. As early as 2021, however, it became known that the Wulffs were living together once more. The couple has a son together who was born in 2008.
