“Lebanese Debate”
After the pharmaceutical companies stopped delivering medicines to pharmacies in light of the continuous rise in the exchange rate of the dollar in the parallel market. The President of the Lebanon Syndicate, Joe Salloum, affirmed that “work on a formula between the Syndicate Council, importers, and the Ministry that guarantees the continuous delivery of medicines to pharmacies is in full swing, and things are at their conclusions.”
In an interview with the “Lebanon Debate”, he affirmed that “work on the formula continues and things are positive, but we cannot be certain that the drug crisis has been resolved, and the lesson is in the conclusions.”
