Nico and his friends had been to Leuven for a night out this weekend and passed the KFC. “When we passed the KFC between the Oude and the Grote Markt just following one o’clock in the morning, we saw how a few mice were walking around undisturbed in the closed restaurant”, he explains to our colleagues from HLN .
“At one point we saw at least five rodents crawling under the chairs and tables,” laments Nico, who says he will no longer go to KFC. “A month ago, we went there to eat something. I will certainly not set foot there once more, ”he adds. “I regularly organize events myself and I realize all too well the importance of hygiene. They clearly don’t care here,” explains Nico.
