Chia pudding, three unmissable recipes

Pudding de cacao

Ingredients:
Skimmed milk, water or vegetable drink, 3 level tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 capful of vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa powder, cinnamon, 1 small handful of previously hydrated raisins or 2 plums

Procedure: mix and cover and take to the cold at least 8 hours before consuming.

Toppings: you can add coconut flakes, some fresh fruit.


Coconut and blueberries

Ingredients: 1 cup of b
coconut drink, 3 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp shredded coconut, vanilla extract, Stevia

Procedure: mix everything. Leave 1 hour in the fridge until it takes consistency and form the dessert with layers. For example: a natural blueberry jam that is made by boiling 1 cup of blueberries with a little water and stevia. Once cold, add it to the pudding and that’s it.


honey and granola

Ingredients:
40 grams of chia seeds, 165 cc cup of almond or skim milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Fresh fruit, granola, raspberry jam

Procedure:
Mix the chia seeds with the milk, vanilla extract and honey. Let rest 1 hour in the fridge (you can do it the night before). Accompany with jam, fresh fruit and granola
