“No libido…”: Helena (Koh-Lanta) says more behind the scenes of the TF1 show

On February 14, TF1 launched the 24ᵉ edition of Koh-Lanta. On Instagram, adventurers returned to the shooting conditions of the show. Helena, candidate for the last edition, notably mentioned sensitive subjects such as hygiene and sexuality.

Koh-Lanta is back. This year, in a remote region in the eastern Philippines, on the large island of Luzon, in the province of Caramoan, twenty candidates decided to push their limits to try to win the cult adventure show of TF1. In this new season of Koh-Lanta, the sacred fire is an immense power, symbolized by the Lava Stone Talisman. During the last episode, broadcast on Tuesday March 14, Tania was eliminated. In a recent interview with Here isthe youngest of the adventure returned to her elimination: From day one, I was put on the spot. They had clearly told me that Celia would come out, then me, then Benjamin. I don’t blame them, it’s a game, and I was easy prey to kill. Why cling to me when I was supposed to go? I think there was a problem of affinities from the beginning. I was part of the superfluous among the yellows”she explained.

The former adventurers of Koh-Lanta confide in their adventure

In recent weeks, several former candidates of Koh-Lanta returned to their adventure. They notably mentioned sensitive subjects such as hygiene on the camp or the absence of libido: “There are no toilets on the camp. It’s pee-caca nature, either the sea or the beach”explained Helena, relays Puremedia. In order to facilitate community life, the adventurers have decided to choose a place to relieve themselves in the same place: It’s at the very end of the camp, on the right, there was a small recess and we thought that everyone was going to do their business there so that it wasn’t scattered all over the place. Small precision: since we eat nothing or very little, do not think that we go to the toilet every day, it is very spaced out. I think we don’t even count the number of days when we do nothing at all”she added.

Regarding sanitary protection, Helena confided on Instagram that the production provided them with the necessary: “It’s a survival show, but they still give us sanitary pads. We don’t have toilet paper, we don’t have any of that, but we have sanitary protection otherwise it would go to a bloodbath on Koh-Lanta and that’s not the goalshe added, before confiding that the candidates had not “no libido” on the spot. Sincere confidences.
