10th run of the US Supercross Championships at the Ford Field in Detroit (Michigan): Kawasaki works driver Adam Cianciarulo pulled the Holeshot to the final Aaron Plessinger, Cooper WebbEli Tomac and Justin barcia. HRC factory driver Chase Sexton had on P8 didn’t have a good start, but fought back in the early stages of the race Anderson and Roczen passed and pushed forward.
At the top sat down Plessinger around Whoops once morest Adam Cianciarulo through and took the lead. Pechvogel Plessinger was the tragic figure of the evening. He got back to his feet following the impact, but the radiator of his factoryKTM was destroyed and the hot cooling water escaped. Plessinger was on P13 and might hardly put into words his bad luck at the finish.
Sextons jump during the Gelbphase but should following the award ceremony not remain without consequences. Sexton his victory was not denied, but instead of the 26 points for P1 he received following the Penalty 7 points deducted, i.e. only 19 points credited to his account instead of 26.
Cooper Webb came behind Sexton in 2nd place ahead of Eli Tomac crossed the finish line and was able to extend his lead in the table from one to 3 points.
Ken Roczen got up following his slow start in the race P6 preworked. However, he also benefited from Andersons fall. After Plessingers crash was the German up P5 prewashed and thus improved in the table from P5 on rank 4. Jason Anderson but is open P5 only a narrow gap of 2 points.
