Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas; March 17, 2023.- The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) through the Northern District Attorney’s Office, executed an Arrest Warrant once morest a male person for his probable responsibility in the crimes of Public Service, Embezzlement and Criminal Association , events that occurred in the municipality of Pichucalco.
In the last few hours, personnel from the Investigative Police, attached to this District Prosecutor’s Office, derived from the investigation and intelligence work implemented previously, complied with the arrest warrant, once morest Isaac “N” former municipal treasurer of the Pichucalco city council, for his probable responsibility in the crimes of Public Service, Embezzlement and Criminal Association, committed to the detriment of the Municipal Treasury of Pichucalco and the Second of the Society.
The defendant will be at the disposal of the First Instance Judge, confined in the State Center for Social Reintegration for Sentenced Persons (CERSS) number 11, Judicial District of Pichucalco.
The State Attorney General’s Office endorses its firm commitment to the people of Chiapas to guarantee the rule of law and reiterates that no criminal conduct will go unpunished.
