A Asus has been working on its next gaming smartphones. After appearing on Geekbench, a benchmark platform, the ROG Phone 7which will be the most “basic” model of the line, received an important certification in China that revealed some details, including the presence of a long battery life to keep the device away from the socket for a long time, especially during games.
What to expect from the ROG Phone 7
According to the documentation issued by TENAA, the ROG Phone 7with model number “AI2205_B”, will hit the market with a 5,850 mAh battery, but like other manufacturers, the Asus must market it as having a capacity of 6,000 mAh, the same value found in the predecessor.
The certification also revealed that this smartphone will have four cameras, three on the back and one on the front. However, there is still no information regarding the function and “power” of the sensors, but if the company follows the ROG Phone 6we will have a main camera of at least 50 megapixels.
It is worth remembering that the ROG Phone 7 it has also been approved by 3C, the Chinese regulatory body. The documentation showed that this model should bring a charger with support for 65 watts, the same power offered by the predecessor launched in 2022.
The next gaming smartphone from Asus it still doesn’t have a release date, but it is believed that it will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, AMOLED screen, 256 GB of storage and Android 13. Anyway, let’s wait for other leaks to confirm (or not) all of this.
