Born in Rokiškis
On March 16, around 21:00, in Rokišky, Respublikos St., a VW Passat car was stopped for inspection, and suspected drug residue was found in the bag of the passenger (born in 1983). A pre-trial investigation has been started in accordance with Article 259 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
