Wines containing detergent or broken glass recalled everywhere in France

Several wine references have been recalled in recent days, on the official Rappel conso website. On Wednesday, the U stores issued a sheet to alert on bottles of Terra Nostra 2021 AOP Corsica. This white wine marketed in all the brands of the group since November 9 might present traces of detergent.

The batch concerned is L22620481, with barcode 3333580008980. These references can be found at the bottom of the bottle, directly inscribed with inkjet on the glass.

Touraine Sauvignon also recalled

“People who have consumed the wine and who have symptoms (irritation and tingling of the mouth, stomach pain, etc.) are invited to consult their doctor, notifying him of this consumption”, indicates the reminder sheet. For other customers, it is possible to bring the wine back to the point of sale for an exchange, before March 23rd.

Two other references are listed by Rappel conso for a risk of glass breakage inside the drink. These are bottles of Touraine Sauvignon sold in wine shops, grocery stores or in stores. The products presented by “Les Lunelus” (lot H22228LA) et Vallagon Castle (lot H22333LA) are concerned.

Due to a risk of injury due to the presence of broken glass, it is recommended not to consume the wine. Again, it is possible to bring the bottles back to the point of sale for a refund, before April 7. A telephone number is also available to customers: 02.41.78.78.08.
