The rector of Penza State University (PSU) Alexander Gulyakov denied the information that PSU graduates, together with their diplomas, will receive summons to the military commissariat. Information appeared on the website of the university.
IN messagepublished by PSU, it is said that the information that students who have been trained under the programs of officers and reserve soldiers at the military training center of the university must go to the military registration and enlistment office for military registration does not correspond to reality.
“Such messages destabilize our students, but they have nothing to worry regarding. There were no such plans and never will be,” said Mr. Gulyakov.
Today, March 16, Andrey Surkov, military commissar of the Penza region, said that PSU students will be handed summons along with diplomas. Earlier, the Penza regional military commissariat said that they had begun sending out subpoenas to reserve servicemen to come to the six-day training camp. Those who have passed the military department are considered reserve servicemen.
